Refund Policy

At Thrennex, our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange for another style within 45 days of receiving your package.

Return Policy

  • Return Window of damaged item: Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

  • Condition of Merchandise: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Sizing Issues: If the item does not match the size indicated on the size guide, please contact us with evidence to initiate the return process. If you accidentally overlooked the size guide (as each item may have a different size guide), we’d appreciate your assistance in returning the items. Please note that return shipping charges will be at your expense. We appreciate your understanding!

Returns & Exchanges

You can choose to return your item for:

  • Exchange for a different product

  • Refund to your original payment method

Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

To process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@thrennex.com to start the return process.

  2. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email, along with the desired new size or product. Please be aware that while we will try our best to accommodate exchanges, stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide via email.

Once your return is received, we will either send you the new item(s) at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • A tracking number is required to process your refund. Without it, your refund request will not be eligible.

  • Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.

  • It may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method
  • International returns are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns. Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  • Shipping back charges are non-refundable.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

  • Special merchandise, unless there are quality issues, is not eligible for returns.
